Order Processing

All of our orders are made to order. Orders are typically processed 2-5 business days before shipping. 

During holidays,sales,or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. 

Shipping Times

After your order has been processed:

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  
• Expedited Shipping: If selected at checkout, delivery times vary by carrier and destination. 
  

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. 

Order Tracking 

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your package.

 

Shipping Delays 

Occasionally, shipping carriers or our production partners may experience delays that are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding. 

Incorrect shipping address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Rugged Tree Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect address provided by the customer.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ruggedtreeco@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can a resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
